Raluchi B. Ochokwu

Founder & Executive Director

Raluchi B. Ochokwu is the Founder and Executive Director of elRalu Foundation, a women-led and youth-led, impact-driven nonprofit organization committed to advancing inclusive leadership, gender equality and sustainable development. She provides strategic leadership for the organization and supports initiatives across its five thematic areas: Gender Equality, Prevention & Protection; Youth Empowerment & Inclusive Leadership; Inclusion & Disability Rights; Livelihoods & Health; and Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH). Through elRalu Foundation, she is committed to strengthening community participation, amplifying underserved voices and supporting inclusive and sustainable solutions that respond to community needs.

Our Board & Management

Ononuju Chisom

Chairperson
Provides strategic leadership and oversight to the Board, supporting the Foundation’s vision, governance, accountability and long-term direction.

Basheer Khadi

Vice Chairperson
Supports the Chairperson in providing strategic oversight and contributes to effective governance, organisational development and the advancement of the Foundation’s objectives.

Wilfred Great

Secretary
Supports the Board through effective coordination, documentation, communication and record-keeping, helping to ensure smooth and accountable governance processes.

Doris Gilbert

Treasurer
Provides oversight on financial accountability and supports responsible financial management, transparency and sound stewardship of the Foundation’s resources.

Board Member
Provides strategic and organisational leadership while contributing to Board oversight and the advancement of elRalu Foundation’s mission, programmes, partnerships and long-term impact.
