elRalu Foundation is a women-led and youth-led, impact-driven non-profit organization committed to advancing inclusive leadership, gender equality and sustainable development across Nigeria and beyond. Founded on the belief that young people are powerful agents of change, the organization works to address systemic inequalities and build inclusive, resilient communities.

At elRalu Foundation, inclusion is central to everything we do. We are dedicated to creating opportunities and safe spaces for women, youth, persons with disabilities and individuals from diverse and underserved communities, ensuring that no one is excluded from development processes or decision-making. We promote dignity, equity and meaningful participation for all.

Our work focuses on strengthening community systems through capacity-building, advocacy, and community-led interventions in key areas including gender equality, protection, youth empowerment, livelihoods, and health. We are particularly committed to preventing gender-based violence, advancing disability inclusion and amplifying underrepresented voices in policy and practice.

Through strategic partnerships and evidence-based approaches, elRalu Foundation designs and implements programs that respond to real community needs while fostering long-term, sustainable impact.
